John and Matt were both raised in North Florida and met in elementary school. Originally our friendship was forged on our love for sports, but now we enjoy watching each other's families grow, investing in real estate together and our morning talks on the way to work. We hope you enjoy your visit to Tallahassee and fall in love with our city like we did many years ago.

The thermostat is located in the hallway.
Adjust the temperature as you please but DO NOT lower past 68 Degrees as this could damage the unit.
Each room is equipped with a fan in case the rooms get warm in the summer months.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, water, and light breakfast items. Please feel free to use them all, they are provided for your enjoyment.
If anything is not working properly, please let me know and I will try to fix the problem immediately.

Upon Checkout, please consolidate all garbage from Kitchen and Bathrooms into larger bags and put in the black trash can beside the house.

Park on the left side of the house. People live in the duplex in the back of the property, but they should use the driveway on the right side of the house. Feel free to park on the street as well.
